From £15 for a whole house. Glass, frames, sills and doors left streak-free: pure water upstairs and on hard-to-reach windows, the traditional method downstairs. Regular rounds every 4 or 8 weeks.

From £45 for a whole house. Leaves, moss and silt vacuumed out from the ground with a purpose-built machine, checked with a camera, and the debris taken away with us.

We get in touch with your quote. If you're happy with it, we plan in your first clean and your regular round, every 4 or 8 weeks.

A heads-up before we come

Usually on the Friday or Saturday before, we'll text, email or call, whichever you prefer, with the day we're coming (weather permitting), so you can unlock gates.

Clean glass, then payment details

We're self-sufficient, so you don't need to be in or leave water out. We will message with payment details after we have completed the job. We prefer bank transfer, but cash and cheques are fine too.

Nick has been cleaning windows for 12 years. He started in the Cotswolds, then moved to Norfolk to be with Hayley, who joined him on the rounds in 2023. Do you cover my area?

If you're in South Norfolk or North Suffolk, almost certainly. We're based just south of Norwich, and cover Norwich, Wymondham, Long Stratton, Diss, Harleston, Bungay, Beccles and the villages between. Not sure? Send us your postcode and we'll tell you straight away.

How much does it cost?

Window cleaning starts from £15, gutter clearance from £45 and gutter & fascia washing from £60, each for a whole house. Every property is different, so we come and look before we quote, usually on a Sunday afternoon; you don't need to be in.

How often do you come?

Every 4 or 8 weeks, as agreed with you. We'll let you know the day before each visit, usually on the Friday or Saturday before.

How do I pay?

We will message with payment details after we have completed the job. We prefer bank transfer, but we also accept cash and cheques.

Do I need to be at home?

No. We're self-sufficient and don't need any water, so you don't need to be in, as long as we can get to the windows, including through any side gates. The only thing we ever need is a plug for the gutter vacuum (we bring our own extension lead). We'll let you know the day we're coming, so you can unlock gates.

Can you do windows and gutters on the same visit?

Ask for everything you'd like done when you request a quote and we'll tell you whether it can all be done in one visit.

How often should gutters be cleared?

Most houses are fine with a clearance once a year, and we clear gutters all year round. Homes under trees, or with moss on the roof, often need it more often. An overflowing gutter in heavy rain is the sign it's overdue.
