What's included

A proper window clean is more than the glass. Here's what every visit includes, and what we can add.

  • The glass, left to dry streak-free
  • Frames and sills cleaned on every visit
  • Doors wiped down, with or without glass
  • Skylights, as part of the window clean
  • Inside windows as an extra, with a little forward planning
  • Conservatory roofs and solar panels on request, quoted separately

How we do it

A pure-water brush on a pole cleaning an upstairs window, seen from inside

Up high

Pure water on a pole

Upstairs and hard-to-reach windows are cleaned with pure water through a brush on a water-fed pole. It dries clear without streaks, and it reaches from the ground.

Down low

The traditional way

Downstairs and easy-to-reach windows are cleaned by hand with a squeegee, the traditional way, then frames, sills and doors are wiped down. You don't need to be in.

On request

Conservatory roofs and solar panels

We clean conservatory roofs and solar panels as an extra, quoted separately and planned in ahead, as they don't need cleaning as often as windows.

Window cleaning from £15

From £15 for a whole house. The final price depends on how many windows, how many floors and how easy they are to reach, so we come and look before we quote. Conservatory roofs and solar panels aren't part of the window cleaning price, as they don't need cleaning as often; we quote for them separately.

Window cleaning questions

Something else? Ask us.

Do you clean the inside of the windows too?

Yes, as an extra. Inside cleans need a little forward planning, so mention it when you ask for a quote and we'll arrange a time when you're in.

How often should windows be cleaned?

We come every 4 or 8 weeks, as agreed with you. Near fields or main roads, 4 weeks keeps them looking their best. A one-off clean before a sale, a party or the end of a tenancy makes a bigger difference than people expect.

Will rain spoil a fresh clean?

Rain itself is clean. What marks windows is dirt already on the glass and frames, and pure water leaves nothing behind for rain to cling to, so freshly cleaned windows usually come through a shower looking fine.
