How we price a job

Window cleaning starts from £15, gutter clearance from £45 and gutter & fascia washing from £60, each for a whole house. The final price depends on your property, so we come out to quote on Sunday afternoons; you don't need to be in. Conservatory roofs, solar panels and inside windows are quoted as extras.

What we'll ask you

  • Your postcode
  • House, bungalow, flat or business premises
  • Which services you'd like
  • Anything tricky: a conservatory, a locked side gate, an extension

Something else? Ask us.

Do you do regular window rounds?

Yes. We come every 4 or 8 weeks, as agreed with you, and let you know the day before each visit.

Do you clean for businesses as well as homes?

Yes. Shops, offices, pubs and other premises across South Norfolk & North Suffolk. Tell us the address and roughly how many windows, and whether there are opening hours to work around.

What do you need from me on the day?

Not much. We're self-sufficient and don't need any water, so we just need to reach the windows, including through any side gates. The only time we need power is for the gutter vacuum: access to a plug, and we bring our own extension lead. You don't need to be in.

What happens if it rains?

Our heads-up before each visit gives the day we're coming, subject to the weather. If the weather stops us, we'll let you know and come back as soon as we can.
